Please check your login details carefully again — the most common mistake is entering the login details incorrectly.
It could also be that the code has already been successfully redeemed. Please restart the CABUU app and check your subscription status. To do this, tap at the bottom of the main menu Account. If you have Premium, you'll see a yellow button there that says “My Premium.”
If these tips do not help, please contact our support team with details of which account you would like to activate Premium for.
