What details do I have to enter here?
We have sent the activation code to your email address after your purchase in the cabuu shop. Please make sure to also check your spam folder.
Please only use your login details from the cabuu app. These are the details you used to register in the cabuu app and consist of your email address, username and password. If you are not sure about your username, you can check it again in the cabuu app under „Account“.
You don't have a cabuu account yet? Then change to the cabuu app and simply create one under „Account“ → „Log in/Register“. You can then redeem your Premium code here.
The code does not work!
Please check your login details again carefully - the most common mistake is entering the wrong login details. If you are not sure what to enter, please refer to „What details do I have to enter here?" above.
The code may also have already been successfully redeemed. Please restart the cabuu app and check whether Premium has already been activated.
Tip: You can copy the code directly from the email into the input field. Additional spaces are not taken into account during activation.
Do I have to redeem the code on the device on which the cabuu app is installed?
No, you can redeem the code in any browser and on any device. If you want, you can also use your laptop or PC. Please note that you only need to redeem the code once for your cabuu account - you can then use Premium on all devices where you are logged in.
