The app isn't working properly - what can I do?
Before you contact support, please complete the following steps:
- Check the app store to see if an update is available for the CABUU app. We are constantly updating them and regularly publishing bug fixes.
- Delete the app from your device and reinstall it. Before that, make sure you've created an account and saved your lists and progress.
- In the app, tap at the bottom Account And then on fix problems. You can also find some possible solutions there.
- Then try to see if the error persists. If so, contact us with a detailed description of the issue so we can get back to you as soon as possible.
