Yes, you can learn all vocabulary even without Internet access. Note: If you're not connected to the Internet when you start a list, animations, graphics, and audio files can't be downloaded. But you can still continue learning normally and the rest of the data will simply be downloaded the next time you're online. Internet is required for some functions, including downloading download lists or school books and for the scan function.
