Purchasing via Family Sharing doesn't work

If you want to buy cabuu Premium or a schoolbook directly in the app and use a sharing option such as “Family Link” on Google or “Family Sharing” on Apple, the purchase unfortunately cannot be completed. That's because these sharing options may block purchases.

To purchase your premium account, we recommend that you temporarily deactivate the sharing options or contact us directly at cabuu store to acquire.

To do this, select your premium product in the shop and complete the purchase. You will then receive an activation code via email.

You can redeem a code as follows:

• Download the cabuu app from an app store of your choice (if you haven't already)
• Create an account in the app (if you don't already have one) or log into your existing account
• Go to the menu item profile > Select the cogwheel in the top right corner > Redeem unlock code

This is how you buy textbooks if you have not provided a payment method (or your child):

On a device that has a payment method stored, you can log into the CABUU account for which you need the book. Then buy the book via the App Store, it is saved in the account and can also be used on other devices in this account. Before you buy, please make sure that you Logged into the right account are.
